Lakewood Middle School Attends WSU Middle School Choir Day

Lakewood Middle School choir students recently had the exciting opportunity to attend WSU Middle School Choir Day at Wichita State University, joining schools from across the region for a day centered on music, learning, and inspiration.

Choir Day welcomed hundreds of middle school singers to WSU’s campus, where students experienced what it’s like to rehearse and perform in a collegiate music setting. From the moment they arrived, Lakewood students were immersed in an atmosphere filled with energy, collaboration, and a shared love of singing.

A Day of Music and Growth

Throughout the day, Lakewood choir members participated in:

• Large-group warm-ups led by WSU choral faculty
