Pre-participation information:
Paperwork and Physical forms must be turned in using Final Forms by Sunday, August 13th, 2023. Click on the link for instructions on setting up your account. If you have already set up an account last year or with another USD305 student, you can use the same login.

Documentation should be uploaded to https://salina-ks.finalforms.com/.
Athletes will not be able to participate until all forms are completed and signed off by administration.
Important Dates:
Friday, 8/11/23 2:45-3:45PM - Player Meeting/Equipment Fitting (NON-SCHOOL DAY- Players should arrive at the locker room doors on the south side of campus at 2:45pm) (Parent Letter & Practice/Game Schedule)
Monday, 8/14/23 3:00-4:40PM - 1st Practice (Helmets Only)
Monday, 8/14/23 7:00PM - All Sports Parent Meeting
Thursday, 8/24/2023 - Players will remain at school after practice and ride buses to Central
Thursday, 8/24/23 5:30PM - GatorBowl Scrimmage at Central (Game Uniforms) Players Return 8:30pm
Thursday, 8/31/23 - First Game of the Season at Lakewood Middle School
Monday, 9/4/23 - Labor Day - Practice 3:00-4:40PM
Wednesday, 9/6/23 - Team Pictures 2:50PM (Practice to follow)
Every Thursday 8/31-10/12/23 - A Games as scheduled (B Games played when available).
Thursday, 10/12/23 - Final game at LMS with equipment check-in following
Practice Information:
Practices will be Monday-Friday from 3:00-4:40PM thru the month of August (except 8/24, see above).
Practice is scheduled Monday-Wednesday from 3:00-4:40PM all September thru October 11.
Film Session/Practice Fridays from 3:00-4:00PM as necessary.
Please have transportation for your athlete 5 minutes before practice ends.
Buses after practice will not be provided.
Player Needs:
Players should have cleated football shoes, undershirt, and athletic shorts available for all practices and games.
Lakewood will provide practice & game jerseys, football pants, mouthguards, shoulder pads, and helmets.
Occasionally, there are various sized cleats from prior years available on a first come basis.
