Pre-participation information:
Paperwork and Physical forms should be turned in by Friday, August 12th, 2022.

Documentation should be uploaded to https://salina-ks.finalforms.com/.
Athletes will not be able to participate until all forms are completed and signed off by administration.

Practice Information:
Practices will be Monday-Friday from 2:45-4:30 PM
Please have transportation for your athlete 5 minutes before practice ends.
Buses after practice will not be provided.
Player Needs:
Players should have court shoes, knee pads, and athletic shorts and shirts available for all practices and games. Water bottles are highly recommended!
Lakewood will provide game jerseys. Players will need to provide black spandex.
